Well... times are tough in general, but I'm looking forward to using these tough times as an impetus to move forward. I think I need to speak up. I will attempt to blog my attempts to speak up as my 30 challenge to see how speaking up and getting clarification will make a huge difference. Tomorrow is DAY 1. Stay tuned.
